I ordered two pizzas and some wings, but the toppings were wrong and the dip was missing. The food was okay overall, but the order accuracy was disappointing this time.

I reached out to them twice about an issue with my order, but it still hasn’t really been fixed. You kind of expect at least some follow-up or effort to sort things out, but I just felt ignored and frustrated.

I ordered from Bombay Pizza House and the pizza did show up hot, which I appreciated. The toppings were fresh and tasted good, but I was getting frustrated waiting for it to arrive.

The bigger issue for me was the spice level. I picked medium, but it tasted way closer to hot, and after a few slices it was just too much for me to enjoy properly.

Overall, it wasn’t a bad meal, and I’d probably give them another try. I just wish the spice options were clearer, and hopefully next time I’m not sitting around waiting so long.

Tried Bombay Pizza House the other night, and I don’t know, the toppings were fine from what I remember, but the crust really threw me off. The edges were dry and hard, like it maybe had been sitting around for a while or something.
The middle wasn’t great either, kind of chewy in a weird way instead of being crispy or soft. Maybe I just caught them at a bad time, but crust is a big part of pizza for me, so I probably wouldn’t be in a hurry to order it again.

It was clean overall, I’d say. The bathroom seemed like it could’ve used a bit more attention, but maybe I’m just a little picky about that

Tried to pay and it failed twice, which was super annoying. I don’t know if it was the site or the payment system, but yeah, not a great experience. I just wanted to finish the order, then suddenly I’m rechecking my card, refreshing the page, wondering if I got charged or not. Frustrating.

I tried ordering a veggie pizza, but the choices felt limited and the toppings were kind of bland. It wasn’t awful or anything, I just expected a bit more for vegetarians. Also, the email made it sound like there were more options or something different available, but then when I went to order it didn’t really match up, which was a little confusing

I used one of the promos on the site and it actually saved me a few bucks, which I appreciated. The pizza was good, and checkout was simple with no surprises. I’d definitely use it again, though I do wish some of the better deals stuck around a little longer.

I know portion sizes can be all over the place these days, kind of like how cereal boxes somehow keep getting bigger while the bag inside gets smaller — but this really didn’t feel worth it. It might be fine if you just want a light snack, but definitely not if you’re actually hungry. I probably wouldn’t order again unless they make the portions bigger.

I still like the concept of mixing Indian flavors with pizza, but this one didn’t really come together for me. Part of me wondered if they were leaning more on the novelty than actually balancing the flavors. Maybe their other pizzas are better, but for the price, my order felt average and a little disappointing.

I ended up waiting a lot longer than the time they originally gave me, and there were barely any updates along the way. By the time my order finally showed up, I was just frustrated and kind of regretted sticking around. Not a great experience for me.

There were plenty of options to choose from, which I really appreciated. It’s a nice spot to consider if you like having a good variety when deciding what to order...
